Raymond M Paz, MD, attended the University of California - San Diego and earned his BS degree in Biochemistry & Cell Biology in 1996.  Dr Paz obtained his MD from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine in 2003 and then completed his Family Medicine Residency in 2006 at Idaho State University in Pocatello, ID where he trained in obstetrics.

After residency, Dr Paz spent a short time in northern New Mexico and Burley, ID before joining Moscow Family Medicine on December 1, 2008.

Dr Paz has three children and has a great appreciation for the outdoors and participates in a variety of activities including hiking, biking, camping, fishing, snow sports, and music.
