When you call to speak to a member of
our clinical staff, the receptionist
will ask you for your name,
date-of-birth, your return telephone
number, your pharmacy and for a brief
message. This information and
message will be routed to the
appropriate person. Our healthcare
providers and clinical staff will return
your call between seeing patients, as
their time allows. Most calls will
be returned the same day.
If you
have an emergency, please do not call
our clinics.
