clinic is located in the heart of the UI
campus at 831 Ash Street. Please
call 208.885.6693 to schedule your
appointment.
The clinic
is open for scheduled and walk-in
appointments:
Monday through Friday 8:00am to
5:00pm
Closed Saturday and Sunday
