| We think that early pre-natal care is so important that we offer
free pregnancy tests to any
woman in our community who thinks she may be pregnant. Obstetric care is just one small part of the wide range of women's health services we offer.
Over the past two decades, Moscow Family Medicine physicians have delivered most of the babies in Latah County. There are several good reasons why most patients have chosen us:
* We don't routinely "share call" for our pregnant patients, like many physicians do. The physician you choose to care for your pregnancy will be there to deliver your baby, unless physically unavailable.
* We work hard to tailor your obstetric care to your needs and those of your family -- we don't have a "one size fits all" approach. We believe that it's your family and your new baby. We bring our skill and experience to help you achieve the happiest possible outcome.
* Our family practice philosophy helps us include your whole family in your plans -- before, during, and after the arrival of your newborn. If you wish, the same physician delivering your baby can continue to care for
them as an infant and child. We remain readily available to assist with problems such as breast-feeding.
* We are ready to handle emergency and complicated obstetrical situations, including C-sections if needed. Because our office is just across the street from
Gritman Medical Center, we can be available very quickly for needed.
